When we were first introduced to the team at Verdi Convention Centre in 2017, the venue was looking to do major renovations to the facility and was looking for an AV partner to provide AV services that would further elevate the venue. As a staple in the community, known for their culinary expertise & customer service, it was important the in-house AV provider also brought expertise and a great customer experience. After understanding the venue’s vision, we began with the installation phase which included intelligent lighting, a JBL sound system, projectors, and pinspot lighting. Our philosophy when selecting equipment has always been installations for the future, using the latest in tech to ensure a facility is fitted with a state-of-the-art audio visual system. 

Once the equipment was selected and installed, it was time to focus on the most important part: implementation and execution. The first step in implementation was understanding the venue’s sales process and event executions to understand how our operations could be best integrated with those of the venue’s. In our implementation process we incorporated our sales process with the venue’s by providing an information sheet that could be provided to their clients when booking their event. By providing an information sheet, clients could very easily understand the services provided and simply connect with our dedicated sales team for a complete quote, simplifying the booking process. While our sales processes were being integrated, our knowledgeable tech teams were brought in to familiarize themselves with the venue and its operations. 

As our technicians have a breadth of knowledge on the installed equipment, when they are introduced to a new venue, our focus for them is always understanding the culture and operations of that venue, and emulating this so flawlessly that our staff are often confused as management at the venue. With a venue that is booked year round and extremely busy, the management team at Verdi Convention Centre wanted a hands-off & stress free approach to their inhouse AV, and we knew we had the knowledge, processes, and staff to provide this service and support.
